- US ORDERS 

• You have 21 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange.
• Exchanges are free.
• Refunds cost $9.95 (or $5.99 per item for 3 or more items) — unless you add Free Returns + Package Protection* at checkout (then it’s free).
• Items must be returned unworn, with tags and the hygienic liner attached.
• The return policy for sale items will be stated on the style page, in the cart, and at checkout.

- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

• Placed after 5/5/2026. Returns are subject to a $25 return fee unless Free Returns + Package Protection* was added at checkout (then it is free).
• International orders are not eligible for exchange.
• Shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

If purchased at checkout, your return fee is waived.

SALE ITEMS

• Discounted items flagged as "exchange or store credit only" at time of purchase will only be eligible to return for store credit or exchange for same priced item. 
• Discounted items flagged as FINAL SALE at time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Price adjustments are available within 48 hours of purchase. 
• If a price adjustment changes the discount to 40% off or more, the order becomes FINAL SALE.
• Store credit expires one (1) year from the issue date.
